Sleep Paralysis  is the gateway to lucid dream. Everyone has it. Sleep paralysis is a message from our brain to prevent us from acting out our dreams otherwise you'd be sleep walking or something. At my last entry I was talking about deciding to go lucid dreaming, and I said it can be scary as hell (additional details:once you wake up). Yes Lucid dream and Sleep paralysis don't get confused of out of body experience or soul traveling from outside your body, Lucid dreaming can feel good but I hate the fact that Sleep paralysis does to us which is  you wake up and are unable to move, speak or cry out for a few seconds to several minutes, it hap

I've been thinking about doing the lucid dreaming because I can get to do anything. I know that I'd feel like a God. Lucid dream is when a person is aware that they are dreaming, and with that knowledge you can control your realm. You can fly, create things, run really fast, control characters, and entities in your dream, well just everything anyone desires. I might not get the dream at the first try but I'll practice. Lucid dream can happen at random even  if you didn't plan it. The problem is... eh.. derr... it's the Sleep paralysis and sleep paralysis can be scary. If I plan to lucid dream like others do I'll experience it but I'll explain
